John Holland
Despite their established presence as one of Australia’s leading engineering contractors, John Holland had never defined the heart of their brand. With the infrastructure market more hotly contested than ever, a battle for recruiting talent, and existing staff isolated in project silos across the country, the time had come to decide their true north. We set out to build a brand for the future of the business, one that would not only help John Holland win new projects, but unify their company culture for good.
OzHarvest
Founded in 2004 by Ronni Kahn, OzHarvest is a food rescue organisation with one goal: collecting quality excess food from commercial outlets and delivering it directly to more than 1300 charities supporting people in need across the country. Ronni and the team at OzHarvest needed a brand identity and brand voice to match their bold ambition. We quickly bagged the conventional, conservative approach to annual reports to put it on the vans, taking its story to the streets and spreading its message far and wide, particularly to those who know nothing about OzHarvest. Led by the creative strategy, ‘Driving the message home’, this literal vehicle for change delivered a new experience of the brand.
